This website archives a blog originally situated at the same URL, and which was posted to actively between around 2018 and 2020. It describes PhD research done by Ben Jarman, a criminologist based (at the time of writing, in 2023) at ICPR, part of Birkbeck College in London. The PhD was a study of life imprisonment.
Because this website shows archived content which has been moved from a paid to a free web server, it is not being worked on actively and parts of it may go out of date or cease to work.
